Wel niet helemaal punk, maar wel feestelijk! Zaterdag 30 augustus presenteert De Gonz rock 'n roll! JUMP, JIVE 'n WAIL!!
Een podium vol swingende musici met blinkende instrumenten gaat De Gonz in extase brengen. Kom en dans je in het zweet in onze gepimpte zaal, die deze avond speciaal tot flitsende Rock 'n Roll tempel is omgedoopt!

Zonder twijfel de meest feestelijke rock ' roll act van Nederland! Incl. blazers, contrabas en pianist! Alleen al omdat hieruit blijkt wat Trenchcoat voor band is, een korte review uit Oor magazine:
"Smoking like a chimney, lots of whiskey, playing on the piano with their feet, standing on the double bass, man this is good to see! As if the Blues Brothers are on stage again. But TrenchcoaT produces their own songs and they are simply smashing. A song like 'Razor Dave’ or 'Coal Black Hair’ has that raw rockin' swing sound and the audience understands that. The band lets the crowd swing from start till end, cause standing still on the music of TrenchcoaT is impossible. That unique mix of swing and rockabilly they create is solid as a rock and the band's energy goes like a flame through the room."
We mogen trots zijn dat het eerste optreden van Trenchcoat mét blazers in De Gonz was. In deze zomermaand van 2004 was de band nog relatief onbekend, maar daarna heeft het zijn stempel gedrukt door de bezoekers van het jaarlijkse 1novemberfeest een onvergetelijke avond te bezorgen. Meerdere malen, welteverstaan. Nog nooit heeft iemand spijt gehad naar een live optreden te gaan van deze Hollandse rock 'n roll helden. Tot 30 augustus!!
