I Walk The Line - Desolation street
Alright, there’s something about punkrock bands using an organ that immediately reminds me of the mighty ‘Murder city devils’. This is I walk the line’s second full-length and still to this day I blame myself for not buying or borrowing the debut from my good friend Bruno who’s raving about that one. This Finnish band is a collaboration between different acts such as ‘Wasted’, ‘Manifesto jukebox’ and ‘Hero dishonest‘. The band was named after the J.C. song… as you might have guessed. Sounds like? Well… difficult to say…I’d name Murder city devils, The Clash, …but all in all I walk the line has found an original sound and ‘Desolation street’ gets very, very addictive after a few spins. I’d recommend this to everyone into any kind of punkrock. Trust me, you’re gonna love this one and pretty soon you’ll be raving about this one as well along with our dear old Bruno and yours truly. The organ (played by a real pretty honey) lifts I walk the line to great heights. Songs like ‘The man without a name’, ‘Dead seeds’, ‘Where strangers meet’ and ‘Purity’ are superb and I could very well name the other 8 songs as well…no fillers, all hits…pick this up! That’s an order!

Score: 90/100
